Matt brings 14 years of experience as a civil engineer, designing sites and infrastructure for public and private clients in Alabama and throughout the southeast. A graduate of the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!), he has developed skills to balance sound judgment in practical engineering design while often acting as a mediator between developers, tenants, municipal governments, and the general public. He has led teams through multiple complex projects, combining his gifts of training and mentorship with organization, project management, and client relations.

Outside of his professional life, Matt also attends and sometimes performs in local theatrical productions around Birmingham, boardgames with his close friends, and constantly seeks out new restaurants to experience with his people. Not the typical engineer, Matt is drawing on his unique experience in all facets of life to venture into business ownership with Property Sellwise, acquiring three territories in central Alabama.
